The COOKE Palisades 48" × 36" × 21" Fire Pit Table is a modern rectangular chat-height table designed and manufactured in California. Built from precision-formed 5052 aluminum with a thick 4" edge profile, the Palisades provides a clean, contemporary design suitable for patios, courtyards, and outdoor seating areas. The 48" × 36" tabletop offers a practical medium size that supports seating for up to four people. Its stain-resistant aluminum surface provides space for small plates and drinks and functions as a full table when the included stainless steel burner lid is used. The 17" × 17" burner area accommodates a variety of fire media options including lava rock and fire glass. This model is available in both propane and natural gas configurations. The 60,000 BTU burner features 304 stainless steel construction and adjustable flame control using a machined stainless steel knob. Propane models store a standard cylinder inside the base through a color-matched access door, while natural gas versions connect directly to a built-in home gas line using stainless steel flex tubing. The Palisades includes a corrosion-resistant non-whistling gas line, commercial-grade regulator (propane models), and stainless steel leveling feet to stabilize the table on uneven outdoor surfaces. Built using CNC bending and laser cutting technology, each table is crafted for long-term outdoor use and consistent performance.
